PICK UP OPTIONS:
In-store pickup is available for your purchase.
During checkout, select the PICK UP option.
We will notify you by email when your order is ready for pickup at our store. Usually within 24-36 hours.

SHIPPING
Shipping is free for orders of $250 and over.
For orders under $250, shipping is as follows: $12 within Ontario, $20 to other provinces. We are currently not shipping outside of Canada.
Orders will be shipped by Canada Post standard shipping.
Delivery will take between 2-7 days, with the possibility of up to 14 days outside of Ontario.
Please be sure to include a correct mailing address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. If an order is returned to us, it will be held and not re-shipped.
RETURNS

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER
You can cancel your order by
contacting us within 12 hours. Once the shipping process has started we are unable to cancel your order.
GIFT CARDS
Jeff's Guyshop is now operating independently from Joelle's.
If you have a Joelle's/Jeff's Guyshop Gift Card (purchased after March, 2020), you can still redeem it at either store, however, these gift cards will only be redeemable when shopping in person.
Our New Jeff's Guyshop Gift Cards are available for in-store and online shopping.
